What we build

Three services. One standard.

We deliberately keep the offering short. Each service below is run by the same builder, scoped with the same diligence, and delivered with the same insistence on craft.

Frequently asked

Answers to what most clients ask first.

Do you work with my architect?

Always welcome. We have ongoing relationships with several SW Florida firms, and we collaborate cleanly with any architect of record — your contracts and trust stay where they are.

What is your typical lead time?

New construction begins planning 4–6 months ahead of breaking ground. Remodels typically start 8–12 weeks after a signed proposal, depending on permitting.

How are pricing and bids handled?

We bid in two stages: a transparent budget estimate during design, then a fixed-scope contract once drawings are complete. We aim to minimize allowances and be upfront about any that remain.

Do you offer interior design?

We coordinate with your designer or, for clients without one, partner with a small bench of vetted designers we trust to match this level of craft.
