How we work
Our process is short on stages and long on each one. The goal isn't a fast build — it's a build with fewer unknowns and no decisions made under pressure.
We meet on site — at the lot or the home — and listen first. The first hour is always free of measurements; it is about understanding how you live and what you want this house to make possible.
We coordinate with your architect (or recommend one) and translate the design into a buildable, costed plan. You see real material samples, real shop drawings — no renderings dressed up to sell.
Permits, engineering, trade contracts, and selections close out before a wall comes down. We trade speed at this stage for certainty during the build.
Construction runs on a published weekly schedule. You receive a Monday update with photos and a clear list of decisions due — we work hard to make sure nothing catches you off guard.
A full punch walk-through, a clean handover binder, and follow-up visits as outlined in your signed contract to address anything that settled, shifted, or needs attention.
