Our Story
Coastal Signature Homes is a small, builder-led practice based in Fort Myers. We design and construct a handful of residential projects each year — and we stay personally involved in every one of them, from the first sketch to the final walk-through.
What we believe
We don't sell a vision and then disappear. The same people designing your home are the ones holding the level the day a wall goes up.
We favor stone, hardwood, plaster, and brass — surfaces that age into their best version, not out of it. No trend-led finishes.
Fewer jobs, fewer crews, more predictability. Our schedules look slower on paper and feel faster in practice — because nothing waits.
Where we build
Every project we take on is within driving distance of our Fort Myers home base. We don't subcontract across the state — we stay close to the site, the materials, and the client.
Our service area is Lee County — the stretch of coast we know best, from the barrier islands to the inland communities.
